Rule #2: Repetition

It would get a lot easier if you concentrate on eating a confined amount of food items that will actually help you burn more fat, rather than getting confused on what to eat and end up eating food that will slow down your fat burning process.

 So here is a list of things that you can have and will help you burn more fat in the process:


  • Egg whites with one whole egg for flavor
  • Chicken breast or thigh
  • Grass-fed organic beef

On this binge day, you can have everything you craved for during the week.

This rule is not optional as not ingesting enough fat after an interval of 7-8 days will slow down your fat burning mechanism and you'll have a hard time losing weight.
